When a visitor enters a name, location, or similar detail into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Beaufort County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own local records.

If someone sends an email or other direct message, the submitted information may be kept long enough to review and respond. It is not shared outside the organization except when required by law.
